As per our Terms and Conditions section at the beginning of the online course, we currently offer assistance via a phone call or zoom meeting, for students who have a learning or physical disability. Applicants for this type of assistance must complete documentation, which will be reviewed by the Support Manager.

We have had quite a few lot of students with dyslexia who have taken and passed the course, and found that the six-month enrolment period covered people who need longer reading times, for example. We also wrote and designed the course to appeal to all different learners as far as possible, as well as trying to use digestible chunks of text size, interspersed with colours, tasks and diagrams throughout the course materials.
Some students do copy parts of the course onto hard copy, as they find it easier to make notes/ digest information this way. You can either copy and paste the text, or screenshot the pages. Copying and pasting would allow you to change the format and use less paper.
