Responsibilities:
- Conduct online English speaking club sessions for small groups of 2-4 students
- Engage students in conversational English practice, focusing on fluency and confidence building
- Create interactive and engaging lesson plans using provided materials
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students to enhance their language skills
- Collaborate with other volunteers and staff members to ensure the success of the program
