RequirementsRequired Credentials: Teaching Certificate (preferred) & University Degree Experience: 1 year or more is an asset, but new teachers will be considered Languages: Fluent in English, Read English, Write English. Specific Skills: Teach students using lessons, discussions, audio-visual presentations, and field trips. Prepare, administer, and correct tests. Identify children’s individual learning needs. Must be aware of and practice progressive teaching methods that engage and involve students in an inquiry-based approach. Essential Skills: Reading, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Team Player, Problem-solving, Critical thinking, flexible attitude, and good problem-solving skills. Must have a positive attitude!
