Steer the course of change and enlightenment as a Program Leader for our Empowerment Through Education program. This pivotal role calls for a visionary leader ready to shape the future of over 600 students in five rural communities by delivering free English language education. With your expertise, you'll mentor a dynamic team of international and Indonesian teachers, ensuring every lesson resonates and every student thrives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the weekly delivery of our impactful Empowerment through education program.
- Inspire and manage a dedicated team of international and Indonesian teachers, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration.
- Coordinate logistics, ensuring seamless program delivery, from resources to scheduling.
- Directly report to and work alongside the Senior Program Leader to continuously elevate our educational impact.

RequirementsMinimum of 1 years teaching / coaching experience. Ideally in the field of English as a Second Language (ESL). or A Bachelors Degree in an education related field.
